Detailed Itinerary
Days : 11 Nights / 12 Days
Places Covered : Delhi- Neemrana - Jaipur - Devigarh - Udaipur - Rohet - Pokran - Jaisalmer - Gajner - Alsisar - Delhi
Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
You are welcomed & picked up by our executive from the main exit of the airport / railway station and drive to Neemrana in your private car
(Our executive will be waiting outside the custom area with a placard of your name). We will have a welcome briefing covering the various aspects of the tour
(ensuring that you have the best of the Indian holiday) and you will be handed over the India travel kit containing all relevant documents of your trip
(air/rail tickets, hotel vouchers, transport, guide, sightseeing vouchers, writing pads with other travel related documents).
Day 02 : Delhi - Neemrana
After breakfast, Drive to Neemrana Fort. Explore the fort from every nook & corner; visit the nearby step wells called Baoris in the local language.
Built in 1464 AD Neemrana-fort-palace is among India's oldest heritage resorts. Nestled in the Aravallis (one of the oldest hill ranges of the world), the fort offers splendid views.
Overnight in Neemrana.
Day 03 : Neemrana - Jaipur (160km)
Drive west and reach the beautiful pink city - Jaipur, which was painted pink to honor the visit of Prince Albert in 1876 as
the Rajputs considered it a color of hospitality & ceremony. Enjoy a traditional Rajasthani meal for dinner at an ethnic resort.
Day 04 : Jaipur
TEnjoy a guided sightseeing tour of city including a visit to the Amber fort, which you climb on an elephant's back or by a jeep.
The main attractions are the Sukh Mandir (Temple of Contentment - an aptly named pleasure chamber, cooled by a stunning water cascade) and the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror palace) here.
We also stop to see some of the architectural marvels of Jaipur - the Palace of wind, Jantar Mantar (the observatory) & the City Palace complex.
Evening is free for shopping in the colorful bazaars of Jaipur.
Day 05 : Jaipur - Devigarh (390km)
After breakfast drive down south to Devigarh. This luxury resort near Udaipur, has received the highest rating for
"Ambience and Design 2006" amongst all hotels in Asia in Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List. This all suite luxury hotel comprising of 39 suites and 8 tents takes

In the evening enjoy boat ride at Udaipur's lake Pichola. Overnight in Devigarh.
Day 06 : Devigarh - Udaipur (30km)
After breakfast drive to the beautiful city of lakes Udaipur, often referred to as the Venice of the east and more
so locally as the Kashmir of the Rajasthan.
Visit the city palace complex, which houses a museum and a hotel. One of the most fascinating parts of the palace is the Mor Chowk (Peacock courtyard), with its walls covered
with a dramatic glass mosaic relief of dancing peacocks. Also visit the Jagdish temple & the garden of the maids. In the evening take a stroll in the market area.
Day 07 : Udaipur - Rohet (240km)
After breakfast drive to Rohet. Rohet is famous for village safaris, which introduces its guests to local cultures and traditions.
Guests are taken into homes and received with warmth and affection. Rohet is the fortified desert home of the descendants of the 16th century Rathore of the Champawat clan,
Thakur Dalpat Singh I. The "Jagir" (Fiefdom) of Rohet was bestowed upon him in 1622 A.D. by the Maharaja of Jodhpur, as a mark of appreciation for his bravery in battle.
For the day explore the local village & fort. Overnight in hotel.
Day 08 : Rohet - Pokran (220km)
After breakfast drive to Pokaran. En route visit the majestic Mehrangarh fort of Jodhpur. Also see Jaswant Thada (cenotaphs)
that is known as Taj Mahal of Rajasthan.It is located on the junction of Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Bikaner Road. It is also a fort town though the fort is not of the dimensions
of Jaisalmer or Jodhpur. Pokran is also renowned for its furniture and interior crafts. The Fort has an assortment of weaponry, brocade clothes and various games of dice
and dominoes on display. Fort Pokran also offers hotel accommodation. For the day explore the local village & fort. Overnight in hotel.
Day 09 : Pokran - Jaisalmer (110km)
After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer. Drive westward & reach the golden oasis called Jaisalmer.
Here it appears as if a master-craftsman took one huge piece of sandstone and patiently carved out the entire city. Visit the beautiful man made lake Gadsisar
(the only source of water Jaisalmer had for years) & the royal cenotaphs at Bada Bagh.
Evening enjoy camel ride at sand dunes with sunset at the backdrop. Overnight in hotel.
Day 10 : Jaisalmer - Gajner (315km)
After breakfast drive to Gajner. The chief attraction in Gajner is the Gajner Palace. It was built by Maharaja Sir Ganga Singh Ji
of Bikaner to be used as a hunting resort for the royal family and guests. Built over an area of 6000 acres, the palace complex houses its own sanctuary .
More than 100 species of the migratory birds flock to the lake by the palace during the winter months. The palace has been redone meticulously to revive the Raj days and
capture the grandeur of kingly Rajasthan. Evening enjoy at leisure in the palace. Overnight in hotel.
Day 11 : Gajner - Alsisar (200km)
After breakfast drive to Alsisar. En route visit the Junagarh fort of Bikaner, the only major fort of Rajasthan to have been built on plains.
Alsisar mahal is like royalty revisited, meticulous care has been taken while refurbishing this heritage fort.
It brings back to life the grandeur of the old days and is a memorable regal Rajasthani experience for the guests.
Day 12 : Alsisar - Delhi (250km)
Afternoon drive to Delhi & drop at airport to board flight for your onward journey.
